1 - CENTENNIAL HOUSE - FERRARI FAMILY: with typical Italian architecture, the Centennial House enchants visitors. Built in wood on a stone basement (where wines, cheeses and salami are still preserved today), it tells a little about the history of Gramado and its colonizers.
2 - FIOREZE MUSEUM - FIOREZE FAMILY: The owner of the museum, Mr. Nelson Fioreze, was 12 years old when he inherited an object brought from Italy from his grandfather and, through this, he was driven by the desire to be a collector, starting to keep and gather more old pieces. Today it has a large collection of utensils and objects used in the past. In this place you return to the past and history.
3 - BENVIC WINERY - CAVICHION FAMILY: BenVic Winery is located on the charming Furna Line, in Gramdo/RS, and is the first agro-industry in the region certified for the production of organic juices and wines. The project was created as a local initiative to meet the demand for organic juice in schools, which has boosted sustainable and pioneering production since 2021. The name BenVic pays homage to the family's children: Benjamin and Victoria and Victor, symbolizing affection and
continuity in each bottle.4 - CAFFÉ COLONIAL DELLA NONNA - FOSS FAMILY: Italian people are very hospitable and love having a house full of friends to celebrate. This is how the Foss Family welcomes visitors to their residence and offers the tasty Caffè Della Nonna with homemade breads coming warm from the wood oven, delicious fruit jams, fresh butter, cheeses, salami, cooked sausages and much more. Of course, we must not forget polenta, which is a dish that represents Italian cuisine well. Drinks included: apple tea with cinnamon, lemon balm tea with vanilla, black coffee and coffee with milk, grape and orange juices, dry and soft red wine (one glass of wine per person included, the rest will be charged). Lots of music and joy with entertainment and participation to sing Lá Bella Polenta and have fun with
